When they just fancy ribs – but cannot decide what type – we up our game and offer 3 types Veal, Beef, and Pork. Stefan using his BK to great effect.

The refractory materials used provide an impressive thermal barrier.
Of course, wood is a great insulator, however, using a combination of refractories we are able to create a very safe kamado.
